2. Honesty & Transparency in Listings

  • Provide clear, accurate, and truthful information about your services, pricing, and availability.
  • Do not make false claims or misleading promises.
  • Upload only authentic images of your work, facilities, or services.
  • Clearly mention any special requirements (e.g., vaccination proof for pets before boarding).

3. Professionalism & Conduct

  • Treat every pet with kindness, care, and respect.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort during services.
  • Be punctual and reliable for every confirmed booking.
  • Communicate politely and professionally with pet owners at all times.
  • Avoid discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or personal background.

4. Service Quality Standards

  • Ensure all grooming equipment, tools, and facilities are clean and sanitized.
  • Provide safe and secure environments for pets under your care.
  • Follow humane practices only—no use of harmful tools, aggressive handling, or unsafe training methods.
  • Stay updated with modern pet care practices and continuously improve your skills.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Clearly list your service prices on your profile.
  • Avoid hidden charges or last-minute price changes.
  • Accept payments only through PetGrill’s secure payment system (when applicable).
  • Any refund or cancellation must follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy of PetGrill.com.

6. Subscriptions & Membership

  • Free Plan: Allows you to list your services with basic visibility.
  • Paid Subscription Plans: Provide premium listing benefits such as featured placement, marketing support, and more.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
  • Service providers are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions if they want premium benefits.

7. Communication with Customers

  • Confirm bookings promptly and update availability regularly.
  • Respond to customer messages within a reasonable time frame (ideally within 12 hours).
  • Inform customers in advance if you are unable to attend a confirmed booking.
  • Never request personal payments outside the PetGrill.com platform.

8. Cancellations by Providers

  • Complaints from customers are consistent and serious.
  • Illegal or harmful activities are reported.
